zebra cake

I share with you this extra mellow zebra cake recipe:

ingredient:

240 g all purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
150 g sugar
2 teasp vanilla
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup of milk 
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil

how make zebra cake:

1 Preheat the oven to 180oC . grease and line with parchment paper 9 inch round cake pan.
2 In a bowl, whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
3 Add oil and  milk and mix. Add flour and baking powder and mix until incorporated and smooth.

4 Divide the mixture into two equal parts. Add the cocoa powder in one of the two.and stir to blend.

5 scoop 2 tbsp of the plain batter into the center of the baking pan.then On top, scoop 2 tbsp of cocoa bater and         pour in the centre Continue to alternate the batter.

 so, always in the center, one on top of the other, only until the finish.

6 Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, let cool,  and enjoy
