so easy to make at home this delicious and healthy(in oven) dishes :
ingredients:
1 tbsp chopped garlic
4 tbsp chopped onion
125 g minced beef
dry crushed chili
chili sauce ( if you like spicy if not leave out )

1 green pepper julienne
1 chopped carrot
2 chopped zucchini
1 chopped carrot
2 chopped zucchini
chopped coriander leaves
100 g rice vermicelli soaked in boiling water until soft
how make spring rolls :
heat pan , pour in 2 tbsp oil add chopped garlic,cook for few second then add chopped onion cook for 2 minutes on medium flame ,add minced beef and dry crushed chili salt mix well and add chili sauce,julienne green pepper ,carrot and zucchini mix and cook for 5 minutes, add chopped coriander leaves then add the vermicelli, mix well and let it cool.
in small bowl add flour and water, mix well to make a thick paste .
put spring roll on a flat surface .
lay a single spring roll in the diamond position
place a 1 tbsp filling 3/4 way down the spring roll . bring all sides of the sheet up and stick on using flour water paste ,repeat until all spring roll are assembled .
preheat the oven to 200 C ,line a baking sheet with parchment paper .
cook the spring roll until it gets nice golden color . serve and enjoy.
